You can have the recreational standard of 250 lux all the way up to pro-level 1076 lux.

When you really need to work on aspects of your game that aren’t quite right, a rebound wall is the perfect training partner. You can hone your skills without the pressure of playing against someone else. Say you need to put some backspin on your return or be better at an inside out forehand.
